Our team brings years of experience implementing and integrating enterprise asset management platforms — including Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, and cloud-based CMMS solutions like FIIX and UpKeep. We understand the data models, APIs, and workflows that drive maintenance operations.
Drone Operations Certified
FAA Part 107 certified with experience in commercial roof inspections, thermal imaging, and aerial photogrammetry. We don't just fly drones — we design inspection programs that produce data structured for system integration from the first flight.
Drone operations training completed through Pilot Institute, including FAA Part 107 and specialized photo and video coursework.

Justin Birch
Founder & Principal — Stratum Asset Intelligence LLC
Justin brings more than 20 years of enterprise solution architecture to Stratum. His career has been defined not by mastery of any single platform, but by the discipline of understanding how organizations actually operate before a line of configuration is written. In complex ERP, CMMS, and CRM engagements, no two implementations look alike — the software is almost always shaped by years of process decisions, workarounds, and institutional knowledge that never appear in a vendor's documentation. Justin's role has consistently been to surface that complexity, architect around it, and deliver systems that reflect how people actually work.
Before founding Stratum, Justin served as a Solution Architect at MCA Connect, one of Microsoft's premier Dynamics 365 consulting partners — leading implementations where asset data integrity, system integration, and operational continuity were non-negotiable requirements.
Stratum was built on a straightforward conviction: the gap between a drone inspection and a structured maintenance work order is an integration problem — and integration is what Justin has spent his career solving. FAA Part 107 certified and operating in Greater Cleveland, Ohio.
