Discovery Call. A 30-minute conversation to understand your CMMS, your drone / processing platform, your asset register, and where findings get stuck today — so we can scope the right connector fit.

2.

Integration Blueprint. A reference architecture for your stack — ingest format, mapping catalog for your failure codes and priorities, push target (MXSR, PI/PO, REST, Dataverse), and the closed-loop feedback design — plus the design-partner terms.

3.

Connector Deployment. On approval, we build and wire the connector to your stack, validate the mapping catalog with your team, and go live — findings become native service requests or work orders in your system of record, with completion feedback and program-level trend data building across cycles.
