Drone Roof & Exterior Inspections
Commercial drone inspections using DJI enterprise platforms with visual and thermal payloads. Every flight is conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots with full insurance coverage and airspace authorization.
Visual Assessment
High-resolution RGB imagery at sub-inch ground sample distance. Membrane condition, flashing integrity, ponding water, penetration seals, and vegetation growth documented and georeferenced.
Thermal Imaging
Infrared radiometric capture for moisture detection, insulation deficiency mapping, and HVAC performance evaluation. Temperature differentials quantified and classified by severity.
Photogrammetry & 3D Models

Work Order Generation

Condition scores, inspection dates, and supporting imagery are attached to the correct asset records in your system. Historical condition data builds over time for lifecycle analysis.
Supported Platforms
IBM Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central), FIIX, UpKeep, SAP PM/EAM, and other platforms with REST API or CSV import capabilities. Custom integrations available.
Data Mapping & Transformation
