Inspection Programs
Recurring Drone Inspection Programs for Maintenance Teams
Stratum sells programs, not flights. Annual, semi-annual, or quarterly inspection cycles on the assets your maintenance team is accountable for — scoped to your asset register, structured for your CMMS, and reviewed every cycle.
Three Programs
Choose the Cadence and Depth That Match Your Risk
Each program is scope-based and recurring. Pricing reflects enrolled assets, square footage or asset count, frequency, trigger-event response, and CMMS integration depth — not commodity per-flight rates.
Essential Asset Watch
The baseline recurring program. Annual or semi-annual visual inspection of roofs and primary exterior assets, with a severity-rated defect log and a structured findings deliverable (PDF and CSV) after each flight.
Program DetailsCritical Asset Assurance
Quarterly visual and thermal program on the assets where failure is most expensive. Severity ratings, trend reporting, an S1 alert within 4 hours with a written action summary within 24 hours, and a CMMS-ready import file after each flight.
Program DetailsReliability Program
Managed inspection program with direct CMMS integration. Stratum scopes the asset register, runs the cadence, ingests findings via API or managed feed, and reviews program performance with you each cycle.
Program DetailsProgram 01
Essential Asset Watch
A recurring visual inspection program for the assets every facility manager is already accountable for. Annual or semi-annual cycles, severity-rated findings, and a structured deliverable your team can read and your maintenance staff can act on — without standing up a full reliability function.
Target Assets
Roofs, building envelope, facades, parapets, primary exterior structures. Single-site or small portfolio.
Cadence
Annual standard. Semi-annual for older roofs, post-storm follow-ups, or assets approaching end of useful life.
What You Get
Severity-rated defect log, georeferenced photo evidence, condition score, and a structured findings deliverable in PDF and CSV with asset tags, location codes, and recommended priorities. No CMMS API integration at this tier — the file is built to be read directly or imported manually.
Critical Finding SLA
Within report cycle. Findings are delivered with the inspection report.
Best Fit
Facility managers and property owners who want a defensible condition record on a predictable cycle without a custom integration build.
Program 02
Critical Asset Assurance
A quarterly visual and thermal inspection program for assets where unplanned failure is the dominant operational risk. Severity ratings, trend reporting across cycles, and a critical-finding alert path built so your maintenance team is the first to know, not the last.
Target Assets
Crane runways, overhead structures, rooftop mechanical infrastructure, solar arrays, tank exteriors, elevated systems, stormwater assets, hard-to-reach process infrastructure.
Cadence
Quarterly visual + thermal as standard. Trigger-event response (post-storm, post-incident, pre-shutdown) included in scope.
What You Get
Visual + thermal findings, severity ratings, trend reporting across cycles, and a CMMS-ready import file (structured findings + work orders) so records flow into Maximo, FIIX, UpKeep, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or comparable systems with minimal manual handling.
Critical Finding SLA
S1 alert within 4 hours. Written action summary within 24 hours. Standard cycle reporting follows on schedule.
Best Fit
Manufacturing, distribution, utilities, energy, and other operations where unplanned downtime carries direct production or safety cost.
Program 03
Reliability Program
A managed inspection program with direct CMMS integration. Stratum scopes the asset register, sets cadence per asset class, ingests findings directly into your maintenance system via API or managed feed, and reviews trends and program performance with you every cycle. This is the program for organizations replacing ad-hoc inspection spend with a planned reliability function.
Target Assets
Multiple asset classes across one or more sites — roofs, overhead structures, crane runways, elevated systems, solar arrays, tanks, facades, rooftop mechanical infrastructure, stormwater assets.
Cadence
Set per asset class based on risk, age, and operating context. Reviewed and adjusted at the cycle program review.
What You Get
Direct API or managed CMMS feed (IBM Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, FIIX, UpKeep, SAP, or comparable), trended condition history, scheduled program review meetings, and a single accountable point of contact for inspection operations.
Critical Finding SLA
Contract-defined by asset tier — for example, 24 hours for Tier 1 assets, 48–72 hours for Tier 2, with route-of-record alerting through the integration.
Best Fit
Facility leaders standardizing inspection practice across a portfolio, or replacing one-off vendor spend with a planned, trendable, defensible program.
Compare Programs
Which Program Fits Your Operation?
Use this side-by-side to scope an initial conversation. Final program design is shaped to your asset register, CMMS, and risk profile.
Pricing Approach
Annual, Recurring, Scope-Based Programs — Not Commodity Flights
Stratum doesn't quote a per-flight rate. Each program is priced on the scope of work that actually drives maintenance value over a year of operation.
Enrolled Assets
Which assets are in the program. Roofs, overhead structures, crane runways, mechanical, solar, tanks, facades, stormwater assets — scoped to your asset register.
Square Footage / Asset Count
Roof area, number of crane runs, number of solar panels or tank exteriors, number of buildings or sites. The volume of inspection work over a cycle.
Frequency
Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual cadence per asset class. Higher cadence on critical assets, lower cadence on stable assets — the program reflects the risk, not a flat rate.
Trigger-Event Response
Post-storm, post-incident, or pre-shutdown inspections included in scope so you don't negotiate a new SOW every time something happens.
CMMS Integration Depth
Structured findings file (CSV/PDF), CMMS-ready import file, or direct API / managed CMMS feed. Pricing reflects the integration build and the ongoing operation of that pipeline.
Program Review
Recurring program review meetings with your facility, reliability, or maintenance leadership — included in Critical Asset Assurance and Reliability Program scopes.
